Booking Policy & Service Terms
By checking the box and proceeding with this booking, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions governing the service request with Bay Area Commercial Cleaning:
1. Nature of Initial Booking
The Client acknowledges that this online submission constitutes a Service Quote Request. The pricing selected during this process represents a Standard Unit Rate and does not reflect the final total monthly contract value.
2. Unit Rate Application & Digital Audit

Base Unit Rates: The rates displayed serve as the mandatory pricing framework for our services.

Final Total Calculation: Our team will calculate the final total contract amount based on the Space Estimate and Media Files (Photos/Blueprints) uploaded by the Client. The total is derived by applying the selected Unit Rate to the verified square footage or required service hours.

Data Verification: We reserve the right to adjust the final total if the Client’s uploaded data is found to be inaccurate upon professional review.

Binding Quote: A binding total price will be issued in the formal Service Agreement after our digital audit of your files is complete.
3. Subscription & Commitment

Initial Term: All Standard Packages are subject to a minimum three (3) month subscription period to maintain our signature standard of workspace restoration.

Service Frequency: Standard subscriptions include two (2) professional sessions per week, scheduled after-hours.

Service Agreement: Service will commence only after the Master Service Agreement (MSA), outlining the final total price and work scope, is electronically signed.
4. Finalization of Payment

Custom Payment Link: Following the audit of your submitted files, a customized and secure payment link for the finalized total amount will be issued via Wix/Square.

Pre-Service Requirement: The initial month’s payment must be completed via the provided link to secure your place in our Service Rotation.

Prepaid Hours: For "20-Hour Packs," the full amount ($1,800 based on the $90/hr unit rate) must be paid in advance.
5. Access & Security
The Client is responsible for coordinating authorized after-hours access. We are Fully Bonded and Insured; however, the Client is advised to secure all sensitive data and high-value portable electronics prior to the arrival of our Space Stewards.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bay Area Commercial Cleaning shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage or for issues arising from inaccurate square footage or site data provided by the Client during the digital booking process.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of a recurring session must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice will result in the session being billed at the full finalized unit rate.

Prepaid Hourly Terms & Conditions
By purchasing "The On-Demand Artisan" credit pack, the Client agrees to the following:

Unit Rate & Prepaid Value: This package consists of twenty (20) service hours at a fixed Standard Unit Rate of $90/hr, totaling a non-refundable upfront payment of $1,800.

Digital Service Audit: The Client must provide accurate workspace data and media (photos/blueprints) via the booking form. We reserve the right to advise if the requested tasks for any given session exceed the hours booked based on our digital assessment of your site's density.

Credit Utilization:

1 Credit = 1 Hour of professional cleaning by our Space Stewards.

Minimum Booking: Each session must be a minimum of [Insert e.g., 2 or 4] hours.

Expiration (The 30-Day Rule): To maintain the integrity of our service rotation, all 20 hours must be utilized within thirty (30) days of the initial payment. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month and are forfeited upon expiration.

Priority Scheduling: Prepaid clients receive "Priority Access" to the calendar. However, all sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure staff mobilization.

Cancellation & Forfeiture: Individual sessions within the pack may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the automatic deduction of the scheduled hours from the Client’s balance.

Access & Liability: Client is responsible for after-hours access. While we are Fully Bonded and Insured, the Client remains responsible for securing high-value portable electronics and sensitive data prior to service.
